Job Description:Maintaining operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLCBe people-focused and provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfactionHire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforceSupervise and communicate ideas and expectations clearlyPossess strong organizational skills

Previous experiences in retail and at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle and Panera Bread are an asset!

RequirementsFriendly and upbeat personalityTeam player with a desire to learnExperience managing a food establishment preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of food safety systems, ServSafe certification is a plus

Currently, we operate 12 Dunkin' restaurants throughout Massachusetts. The majority of our Store Management and Upper Management we have promoted from within.
