ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat, cold and rain
- Ability to work most, if not all, Rangers games and special events
- Ability to walk/stand including ramps and stairs for 4+ hours
- Positions include Ticket Scanner, Bag Check, Usher, Elevator Operator, Escalator Operation, Guest Services, Wheelchair Attendant, and Ambassador
- Deliver Texas Hospitality to all Guests of Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium
- Greeting and directing Guests, and answering questions about Globe Life Field/Choctaw Stadium offerings and polices
- Resolve Guest concerns and accommodate special requests
- Use knowledge of Globe Life Field to engage with Guests to deliver exceptional service.
- Promote a safe and friendly environment for all Guests by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by leadership
- Perform efficiently in both indoor and outdoor settings, demonstrating adaptability to diverse weather conditions and situations.
- All other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold and rain.
- Ability to walk/stand including ramps and stairs for 4+ hours
- Night and weekend availability to accommodate the Rangers and special events schedule
- Maintain a positive attitude and a service mindset
- Ability to continuously stand and walk 4-10 hours throughout the venue
- Ability lift and/or pull up to 15 lbs.
