In the capacity of a Inventory Control Manager, the main duty involves overseeing the operations within a warehouse or storage facility to ensure the efficient processing of inventory in line with established schedules. Responsibilities encompass tasks such as devising schedules for Warehouse Associates, orienting new hires on machinery operation, and enforcing safety standards. This role requires a focus on meticulous planning and supervision to optimize the storage and shipping processes of the warehouse.

Responsibilities of Inventory Control Manager:

• Observing stock quantities and making recommendations for ordering
• Supervising the warehouse workforce, tracking their assignments, and upholding the safe practices concerning warehouse machinery
• Setting up standards and protocols for warehouse efficiency
• Creating aims for both the warehouse setting and the team members is key
• Overseeing workplace efficiency and facilitating employee learning opportunities
• Collaborating with different departments to expedite the shipping process of products
