On-Field Host - Part Time

The On-Field Host will be responsible for engaging with fans during home baseball games, hosting on-field promotions, games, and activities, and creating an exciting, interactive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

• Host on-field promotions, games, and activities between innings or during breaks in the game.
• Serve as the team's on-field representative, promoting the brand and fostering a fun, family-friendly environment.
• Work closely with the marketing and promotions team to ensure promotions run smoothly.
• Announce fan giveaways, special promotions, and other important events during the game.
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm to keep fans engaged and excited throughout the game.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hosting, emceeing, or public speaking is preferred.
• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with large crowds.
• Ability to think on your feet and handle spontaneous moments with confidence.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable being on the field and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the game schedule.
• Knowledge of baseball and the Scrappers is a plus.
