Segra Club Server
Segra Club Servers are responsible for maintaining a high standard of service at all buffet stations in the Segra Club, providing guests with a refined dining experience by attentively replenishing food items, offering detailed explanations of dishes, and ensuring the buffet area is clean and aesthetically pleasing, while adhering to professional presentation standards and prioritizing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Presentation and Replenishment:
•Continuously monitor buffet stations to maintain food quality and presentation, ensuring dishes are neatly arranged and visually appealing.
•Promptly replenish depleted items with fresh food, paying close attention to portion sizes and presentation.
•Utilize proper serving utensils and techniques to maintain food integrity.
Guest Interaction and Service:
•Greet guests warmly and professionally, offering detailed descriptions of each buffet item, including ingredients and dietary considerations.
•Anticipate guest needs and address inquiries regarding food options with extensive knowledge of the menu.
•Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
•Cleanliness and Sanitation:
•Maintain a clean and organized buffet area, including wiping down serving surfaces, removing crumbs, and replacing soiled linens regularly.
•Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing and food handling procedures.
•Professionalism and Appearance:
•Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the Segra Club dress code standards.
•Demonstrate a positive and friendly demeanor, interacting with guests in a courteous and attentive manner.
