This role pays an hourly wage of $22.00 to 24.00

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems within the Palm Beach County Convention Center, with a primary focus on ensuring all light bulbs are operational.
- Inspect and replace faulty or burnt-out light bulbs throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in lighting, wiring, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Respond to urgent electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with setting up temporary electrical connections for events when required.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Valid Electrician's License or Certification in the state of Florida.
- Previous experience working as an electrician, preferably in commercial or large facility settings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Flexibility in scheduling (able to work one day per week with varying hours).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
