This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00-$19.00.

Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations, kitchen areas, and storage spaces.
- Assist with general kitchen duties, including trash removal, floor cleaning, and stocking supplies.
- Help with food prep tasks as needed, such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients.
- Ensure all workstations remain clean, stocked, and ready for service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown before and after events.
- Safely operate dishwashing machines, sinks, and other cleaning equipment.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or catering setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures (training will be provided).
