Picnic Server - Kane County Concessions

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Greet guests in picnic and catered hospitality areas with a welcoming and professional attitude. Set up food and beverage stations prior to gates opening. Serve buffet-style meals, beverages, and/or snacks to guests in assigned areas. Refill food and drink items as needed and monitor presentation and cleanliness. Clear plates, cups, and trash throughout the service period to maintain a tidy environment. Communicate effectively with the kitchen, catering staff, and supervisors for timely service. Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and assist with guest needs. Help with clean-up, tear-down, and resetting of areas for future events. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.). Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season.
