Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sanitation activities during the overnight shift, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Supervise and direct the sanitation team to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate sanitation activities, prioritize tasks, and provide guidance to team members.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and issues to the Sanitation Supervisor for support.
- Experience : Previous experience in sanitation or food production, with a strong understanding of FDA sanitation requirements.
- Knowledge : In-depth understanding of food safety, sanitation principles, and FDA regulations.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures, wet, and humid environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals, high-pressure hoses, and varying temperatures.
- Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Play a critical role in ensuring food safety and maintaining high sanitation standards.
